SMS Terms

1. Program Description

The Pro Specialty Services Updates program is a text (SMS) messaging service operated by Pro Specialty Services. When you opt in - by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms or by otherwise providing express consent - we may send you text messages related to your project and service, including:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and "on the way" notifications
• Project and job-status updates
• Estimate scheduling and estimate follow-ups
• Replies to questions you send us

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your project.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us. To rejoin, opt in again through one of our website forms or contact us.

5. Help and Support

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact customer care directly at (352) 272-8854.

6. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
